Attn Residents in the vicinity of the Brewster/Jefferson St. intersection:

The water system will need to be shut-off for a portion of town surrounding Numosh Park as work continues on the water tower.

The contractor will be completing this work today, Monday, July 27 between 10-2. The work is anticipated to take a couple hours, less if all goes smoothly. 

This will effect approximately 50 residents in this section of town, and following the shut-down a boil order will be in effect for 24-48 hours. A notice will be sent when the boil order is lifted.

Those affected will include:

* Corner of Washington/Brewster - North to end of Washington.

* Jefferson Street - North from creek walk-bridge. 

* Washington/Brewster - West to the edge of town

This is the same work which was anticipated last week and was unable to be performed at that time. Everything is prepared, and the work will be proceeding this morning.
